The grapes are crushed now what? Find out more in this class, which will specifically focus on cellar techniques for making great wine from cold-hardy grapes. This class will cover everything from fermentation, filtering, to preparing to bottle your wine. Acid and pH management in the cellar, simple laboratory skills, wine faults to watch out for, and more will be the focus. New world and old world techniques will be touched upon and which roles they play in our cooler climate. Everyone from hobby winemakers to commercial winemakers will find this class useful.
